America’s Legal Bookstore
opened its doors in 1983. America’s has served the law needs of the Legal
Community of Sacramento and Northern California ever since. This store has been
built on one thing, SERVICE, SERVICE AND MORE SERVICE. If we don’t have it, we
will get it for you.
America’s Legal Bookstore is
a one stop shopping wonderland for NEW & USED Law books and supplies for
Attorneys, Law Students, Law Librarians, Judges. Pro Per , Pro Se and lay
persons who want to know the LAW.
America’s Legal Bookstore
carries ALL law student material (NEW & USED) everything from casebooks and
Hornbooks to every study aid available (OUTLINES, BRIEFS & EXAM MATERIAL
ETC.) We also provide a FIRST YEAR/BABY BAR REVIEW and a review for the
California Bar Exam called “AMERICA’S GUARANTEED BAR REVIEW” both are also
available for HOME STUDY.
We also service Attorneys with
NEW & USED Law books, library sets & continuing education seminars.
America’s is not only a
cornucopia for Law Students and Attorneys but also for lay persons,
constitutionalists and the common law scholar.

knowledgeable, informative and willing to help. If you are calling our store
hours are 9:30am to 6:30pm Monday-Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays PST.

Return Policy:
Our return policy is 7 days after receipt of merchandise, WITH RECEIPT and
merchandise is in clean and saleable condition. Used books purchased may also be
returned for refund or credit towards future purchases. DO NOT WRITE IN,
UNDERLINE, HIGHLIGHT OR BREAK THE BINDING OF ANY NEW BOOK PURCHASED for at least
7 days so as to get a full refund if you need to return the book for any reason.
HOWEVER there is no refund on SELF HELP BOOKS.
Shipping:
Due to the complexity of shipping charges, it is America's policy to
add the shipping charges to the order manually. All shipping charges will be included in the final
total of the order. Please look for your shipping charges that will be detailed on the final
invoice included with your merchandise. If you need to know the total of your shipping charges right
away, please call America's at the phone number listed on our home page.
